Start in the centre
Make a colourful image of the topic
Add the main themes
Use key words rather than sentences
Print on a wavy line
Line is thicker towards the centre
Branch off main themes
Add second level of thoughts
Continue with third & forth levels
Jump from topic to topic as you please
Keep going until you have captured all your thoughts
